At Silver Designs for Women & Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer pouch and gift box, ensuring all security tags are intact and the item is securely padded for transport.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned silver, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
